
I stumbled across this website the other day - Rob & Nick Carter's Public Perception of Colour.
In association with Pantone, the project began at 100% Design in September 2009 when visitors were asked to select their ideas of the seven spectrum colours from a range of Pantone colour swatches. The results are really interesting.
You get the chance to pick your own rainbow of colours, the truest red in your eyes, the best blue etc, and compare the results to the most popular colours picked. There is no right or wrong answer but it is fascinating to see how your sense of colour compares to others.
